#Where to find a job's runs
Open Logs to see run history across all jobs — newest first — with job name, status, start time, duration, file count, and transfer size. Filter by job to see a single job's history. Click any run for its full detail, including the list of files transferred and the complete error text for failures.
#Reading a run
- Status tells you the outcome at a glance — see the status reference.
- File count and size show how much moved; a sudden zero on a job that should have files is worth investigating.
- Duration creeping up over time hints at a growing data set or a slowing endpoint.
- Per-file detail shows exactly which files were transferred, skipped, or failed.
#How long history is kept
Run history is retained according to your plan, from short windows on entry plans up to a year on Business Premium, with custom retention on Enterprise. Within that window, the run detail gives you a complete per-file record. See Logs & monitoring.
